yes93.3金曲奖

Went to the yes93.3金曲奖 with pH and jiexian. It was my first at such events, and I actually paid to go watch it! The position of our seats was really near the stage and I got a good view of the artistes from where I was seated. X)

However, the number of artistes who turned up was disappointing. The more distinguished celebs were 飞轮海, 张韶涵 and our homegrown icon 孙燕姿. The other 阿狗阿猫 were not really worth mentioning. When 飞轮海 left their seats, the place where the celebs were seated looked deserted, somewhat resembling the front row of seats at the 七月歌台.

Onto a happier note, the crowd was fantabulous. I'm going to take back my words when I said that singaporeans make a dull crowd at such events. They cheered really hard for their idols. The singing along was great. And I especially like the waving of the red, bolster-looking thing. FUN!! Our 自high skills were fantabulous as well.

张韶涵 was gorgeous!! Her singing was as stunning!! Throughout the award show, she appeared in two outfit and performed two songs, 不痛 and C大调. And she won 4 awards!! *weee* <3 her!! X)

孙燕姿 is another favourite!! The last time I saw her in person was in the Indoor Stadium during NDP'02. That was when TMS was part of the parade. And she was there at the award ceremony!! Her 我怀念的 won many awards. Gr8 choice!! That song is like one the best ever!!

飞轮海, 燕姿 and S.H.E. 的人气非常旺!! *screams* The screams for 大东! 吴尊! and 亚伦! were deafening. Got it the direct impact when the girls stood behind me screamed their lungs out during the finale. o.0

Met Mq in the bus after the ceremony. It was such a coincidence. And I still cannot agree with her that Tank is 帅. *shivers* 专署天使 is like one of my fav song though. =) Wanna go K soon!!

I want to go watch a concert the next time!! The excitement of watching your idol perform live is worth re-living. X)
